Any sword from any source, historical or modern, can break unpredictably under cutting conditions. Zanshin accepts no responsibility for any damages injury resulting from the use of these its products under any conditions.
Zanshin blades and related products are designed for martial arts use under the supervision of a qualified instructor engaged in traditional Iaido and martial arts practices.

Zanshin Ironworks its employees, management and associated third parties shall have no liability whatsoever to the client or anyone claiming through the client as a result of any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of any products purchased hereunder. Further, client does hereby indemnify and hold Zanshin Ironworks and the above mentioned parties, harmless from and against any and all cost, liability or expense (including legal fees and expenses) in any way associated with items purchased from or through Zanshin.
Transactions and agreements with Zanshin Ironworks shall be construed under and according to the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Client hereby agrees that any claim arising out of the products purchased hereunder shall be brought in South Carolina.
In the event of any dispute hereunder, the losing party shall be responsible for and shall pay any and all legal fees and costs incurred by the prevailing or substantially prevailing party, as the case may be.
The laws concerning the ownership, carry, and use of any items purchased or obtained from Zanshin vary from one community to the next. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with such laws. It is the buyers responsibility to ascertain what these laws are in their community and to obey them. The buyer agrees to all terms and conditions and assumes all liability whatsoever for the carry or use of Zanshin Swords and products. |
